These training sessions improve knowledge in practical and basic day-to-day situations in the agency. We cover the fundamentals of insurance for the line of business being covered, understanding of coverage from a practical point of view, quoting systems in the computer, how to fill out commercial applications (ACORDS), underwriting issues, cross selling, and we will bring up situations on how to avoid an E & O claim to the agency. Our goal is to provide professional, detailed training focusing on practical skills that improve performance and provide a greater return on your training investment.
The training sessions are usually offered at the agency location, with the convenience of using your own Agency Management System, and policies already in effect as point of reference, but in the case that you only have one or two employees to take the training, then you can send them to one of our training sessions at our location, see schedule.
In order to determine what training sessions you or your staff need, a meeting is scheduled with your contact person, where we will discuss the operations of the agency and will determine your needs at the present time, and then we will suggest the necessary training for your employee(s).
